CARE & MAINTENANCE
To enjoy your candle safely and extend its life, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. Avoid burning longer than 4 hours at a time and keep away from drafts, pets, and children. Once finished, reuse or recycle the jar — a simple way to keep your indulgence sustainable.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Because each candle is hand‑poured and made to order, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your candle arrives broken, leaking, or otherwise unusable, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
We don’t accept returns for used candles or scent preferences, but we’re always happy to help you find a fragrance you’ll love next time.
